get_condition_history

Get the condition report history for a specific inventory item across all bookings. Shows all condition assessments logged at pickup and return over time.

log_condition_report

Log a condition report for an inventory item in a booking. If condition is damaged on return, the item is automatically sent to the workshop.

Parameters

inventory_log_id	integer	Yes	The inventory log ID (from the booking's inventory records)
context	string	Yes	pickup or return
condition	string	Yes	excellent, good, fair, poor, or damaged
notes	string	No	Optional notes about the condition

Notes

• Photos cannot be attached via the AI tool -- use the REST API Upload Photos endpoint
• Workshop auto-send only triggers when context is return and condition is damaged
• The inventory log ID can be found in the booking details (inventory records)
