The Pricing API lets you calculate rental and experience prices before creating bookings.

Why Calculate Pricing?​

Pricing Types​

EquipDash supports multiple pricing structures:

Flat Pricing​

Single price for any rental duration.

Schedule/Tiered Pricing​

Different prices based on rental duration:

  • 1-2 hours: $25
  • 3-4 hours: $40
  • Full day: $60

Seasonal Pricing​

Prices vary by time of year:

  • Peak season (summer): Higher rates
  • Off-season: Lower rates

Template-Based Pricing​

Products share pricing rules from a template.

Important Notes​

  • Prices are calculated in the supplier's configured currency
  • Taxes are not included in pricing calculations (applied at booking)
  • Discounts are applied when creating the booking, not during price calculation
  • Variation price adjustments are automatically included
