List Conversations

Every conversation, newest first, with anything waiting on the shop at the top.

GET /v1/front-desk

Authentication

Requires a valid API key with frontdesk:read scope.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
channel	string	chat or phone. Anything else returns 422
needs_owner	boolean	Only conversations waiting on a person
search	string	Matches the caller's name, number or email, what they wanted, and what the AI did
page	integer	Page number (default: 1)
per_page	integer	Results per page (default: 25, max: 100)

The transcript is not in the list: a page of conversations would otherwise carry a page of transcripts. Read one conversation to get it.
