Undo Check-In (Unredeem Ticket)

Undo a ticket redemption — reverses the check-in, setting the ticket back to active and clearing the participant's checked-in timestamp.

Side Effects​

When a ticket is unredeemed:

  1. Ticket status changes from redeemed back to active
  2. The participant's checked_in_at is cleared
  3. If no other participants in the booking are still checked in, the booking status reverts to confirmed
