Get Staff Member
Retrieve a single staff member by their ID.

Authentication
Requires an API key with the staff:read scope.

| 403 | insufficient_scope | API key lacks staff:read scope |
| 403 | forbidden | Staff member belongs to different supplier |
| 404 | resource_not_found | Staff member does not exist |
