Get Departure Manifest

Retrieve the passenger manifest for a single experience departure (schedule).

For boat-charter experiences (those with the passenger_manifest capability) the response also includes the Coast Guard fields — is_charter, plus each passenger's age and emergency_contact_* — everything you need to assemble a USCG passenger-vessel manifest.

Authentication

Requires an API key with the experiences:read scope.

back_count and out_count say who has come back from the departure: out_count is people checked in and not marked back yet, and is 0 until the departure's start time (people checked in early are in, not out). is_overdue is true when the departure has ended with people still out and the business marks departures done itself. back_source is staff, scan, complete (recorded back when the departure was completed), end_time or end_of_day. For non-charter experiences is_charter is false and the age / emergency_contact_* fields are null.

Notes

• Ages are derived from each passenger's date of birth.
• Emergency contacts are collected per passenger at checkout when the experience is marked as a boat charter (its Product type is set to Boat charter).
• A formatted Coast Guard manifest (PDF/CSV) can be downloaded from the departure in the EquipDash portal.
