Update Time Entry

Adjust an existing entry — fix a missed clock-out or correct times. Adjusted entries record edited_by when made from the portal.

PATCH /v1/staff/time-entries/{id}

Authentication

Requires an API key with the staff:write scope.

Request Body

All fields optional; only provided fields change.

clock_out_at	string (ISO 8601) | null	Corrected end of work; null reopens the entry
break_minutes	integer	Corrected break total
notes	string | null	Free-text note

Response

Success (200 OK)

Returns the updated time entry object.

Errors

Status	Code	Description
404	not_found	Time entry not found
403	forbidden	Entry belongs to another supplier
422	entry_invalid	Clock out before clock in, or break longer than the entry
