Send Hours to Payroll

Sends the hours for the open pay period to Xero Payroll now, instead of waiting for the nightly send. The hours arrive in Xero as draft timesheets. The send runs in the background, so the response only confirms it was queued. Read payroll on Get Timesheet afterwards to see what Xero refused or could not match.

Authentication

Requires an API key with the staff:write scope.

Errors

Status	Code	Description
422	payroll_not_connected	The business does not send hours to Xero Payroll. Connect Xero with payroll access first
403	insufficient_scope	API key lacks staff:write scope
